KEN LUDWIG’S THE GAME’S AFOOT; OR HOLMES FOR THE HOLIDAYS
A holiday gathering. A house full of secrets. A murder. The game is afoot!
It’s December 1936, and Broadway star William Gillette, admired around the world for his portrayal of Sherlock Holmes, has invited his fellow cast members to his Connecticut castle for a weekend of holiday revelry.
But the festivities take a deadly turn when one of the guests is murdered.
With everyone suddenly a suspect, Gillette assumes the persona of his famous detective and sets out to solve the crime before the killer strikes again.
Filled with comedy, twists, secrets, theatrical chaos and holiday flair, Ken Ludwig’s The Game’s Afoot; or Holmes for the Holidays is a fast-paced whodunit that mixes murder mystery with plenty of laughs.
