Description
A fun, low-key, and easy workshop on learning the art of Kinusaiga (pronounced Kee-Nu-Say-Guh)- a contemporary Japanese art form using bits of fabric to create a colorful piece of art. All the materials you'll need are provided, in a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere - no art experience necessary! Approximate 3 hr class time. While this technique does take some time, it’s easy for beginners to achieve beautiful results. Even if you think you’re not an artist, you can create amazing art with Kinusaiga!
The $45 + tax / ticket fees includes: A variety of fabric swatches to choose from, or you may bring your own if you have patterns or fabrics you want to use Several Patterns to choose from - quilt blocks, animals, nature, etc. Foam backing w adhesive Tools needed for cutting & tucking Shadow box frame for mounting your finished piece
