In this workshop, participants will plant herbs and assemble a cedar box to place them in, all to take home. We'll cover tips on how to plant and harvest herbs, along with a discussion of indoor plant care and the benefits of organic gardening practices. The benefits of companion planting will also be showcased with chives and basil.
Everyone is welcome; no previous knowledge or experience is required.
Instructor Joshua Gonzalez is a garden consultant passionate about spreading knowledge and appreciation of organic gardening and believes in the importance of people growing their own food.
