Description

BLOWW Presents: Knights of The Squared Circle - BLOWW Goes Medieval on Your A$$!

In these dark times, the Boston League of Wicked Wrestlers find themselves…in the Dark Ages?

Yes, or rather, YEA, VERILY! Thy most beloved league of queer pugilists hath been tossed into an age where plague doth linger, torment is justice, and lords in silk delight in the woes of those they force to serve them!

A cruel, lawless land where those of wealth taketh ever more, kindness is but the folly of fools, and power alone be the law…so, basically not too different from now, but with more swords and the occasional leeching.

But fear not ye gentle (and not so gentle) folk! For the Boston League of Wicked Wrestlers doth stand unbowed and unbroken! Be it through brute strength, sheer cunning, the power of spite, or the sacred ways of clownery, your lovable faces, heels, and tweeners shall fight to claim their fate in this wretched land!

🏆 Belts will be defended!
💀 Fates will be sealed!
👑 A tyrant will TANTRUM!

And if that wasn’t enough medieval pageantry for you, we’ll be joined by The North Horde: Boston’s fiercest armored combatants, clad in steel and ready for battle! Which of these mighty warriors will triumph in a fight less about skin-on-skin punchies and more about sword-on-sword clangies?

Wilt our wrestling warriors battle their way back to their world? Doth they even wish it? And, most pressingly, shall they ever find that damned turkey leg merchant?

Only the bold shall witness a tale of might and folly within the squared circle!

Don thy medieval best! Be ye noble, rogue, or warrior, come clad in thy finest Ren Faire regalia. D&D adventuring garb, or honored LARPing attire. Let us fill these halls with knights, knaves, wizards, and wenches alike!

🎟️ SECURE THY PASSAGE TO THIS MOST LEGENDARY MELEE! 🎟️

BLOWW is a radical response to the mainstream world of pro-wrestling. We are a feminist, grassroots organization, where women, non-binary, trans, and questioning peoples can express ourselves, and work together to create an unforgettable spectacle we can all get behind. We are not here for the male gaze, and reject the misogyny, racism, and homophobia rampant in mainstream representations of the art form. We have ownership over our own bodies, you won’t see us as ornaments or valets in our universe. We accept people of all colors, ability, expression, experience, strength, and size into our ring. We use this ring to explore issues of power, stereotypes, discrimination, health, and rights. We love to kick each other's asses, as much as we love keeping each other lifted up and supported. We want to inspire you by showing you our strength, gusto, and heart. And we always punch up.
