It's the 5th Annual Knoville Cheese Fest! Get ready for a cheese-tastic weekend of a re-imagined Friday night event and a Saturday festival that's back and better than ever!

Friday Night: Get your cheesiest crew together—it’s time for the Cheese Concert! Cheese Ambassador Michael Peterman is guiding us through 10 bold cheeses, bubbly ciders, crafty beers, and a unique Wisconsin Derby Cocktail to kick things off. Expect music, munching, and major Girl Dinner energy (hello, charcuterie!).
Bring your appetite and your brainpower—Cheese Derby trivia is on, and the prizes are worth the bragging rights. Let’s get this brie‑lliant party started! 🧀🎶🍻

Saturday:

Grab your foodie friends and get ready for a cheese‑powered adventure!
Our Tasting Sessions are your ticket to a delightful, self‑guided journey through the best bites from Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin—plus surprise guest cheeses that love to crash the party.
Join Certified Cheese Professional Jess Benoit for a 2‑hour flavor‑filled romp featuring four five‑ounce pours of cider from Gypsy Circus or beer from Atomic City Brewing. Jess and the School of Cheese crew will be on hand to guide you, cheer you on, and answer all your delicious questions.

Go to school! Want to level up your cheese wisdom? Cheese Ambassador Michael Peterman has classes packed with tasty tips and cheesy secrets. More details to come on class curriculum. Ticket will be $25 a session and pair almost as good with your Tasting Session as Brie with a cocoa biscuit (just trust us!)
Come snack, sip, swirl, and savor—your cheese adventure awaits! 🧀✨
