Kokedama Planting Party (21+)

September 22, 6:30-8 pm

 

Join us at the Garden for our upcoming adults-only planting party! Kokedama is a centuries-old garden art, originating in Japan. It translates to “moss ball” in English and can be compared to a bonsai-style hanging basket. These planters are very simple to make and add a unique element to any space. Kokedama is created by wrapping the root balls of small plants in sphagnum moss using twine and then suspending them. All supplies are provided.  

 

Bring your own drinks & snacks to enjoy while you're creating.

 

This event is for adults only 21+. Advance registration is required.
