During class, you’ll learn what kombucha is, how it supports an overall healthy lifestyle, and how the fermentation process works. He will cover caring for your scoby, flavoring ideas, bottling techniques, and how to troubleshoot common brewing issues.
You’ll leave with everything you need to start brewing at home — a bottle of flavored kombucha ready for its final fermentation, a gallon jar of kombucha to ferment again and again, and recipes and guidance to begin experimenting with your own creative flavors.
