We will be camping on Friday and Saturday nights at Krause Springs in Texas Hill Country.
Krause Springs is a 115 acre property listed on the National Registry of Historical Sites and has been privately owned by the Krause Family for over 50 years.
Krause Springs has many natural sites to explore including 32 springs, a man-made pool, and a natural pool which flows into Lake Travis. There is also a Butterfly Garden to explore as well. Fishing is available where the springs drain into Little Cypress Creek (Bring your own fishing gear)
On Saturday, we will take a side trip to Longhorn Cavern State Park for a 90-minute walking tour of the caverns.
Special note - No Glass is allowed at Krause Springs.
