This is a KRAV MAGA INTRO EVENT with training and theory, where you will get an introduction to Krav Maga, a training session and get to meet your future coach in person - and we guarantee it will be fun, badass and the best 60mins you have had in a long time. Absolutely no experience is required, injuries (permanent or temporary) are no problem and the training will always be adjusted to your individual level.

Dette er et KRAV MAGA INTRO EVENT med træning og teori, hvor du vil få en introduktion til Krav Maga, et træningspas og chancen til at møde din kommende træner personligt - og vi garanterer, at det bliver sjovt, badass og det bedste. 60 minutter du har haft i lang tid. Der kræves absolut ingen erfaring, skader (permanente eller midlertidige) er intet problem og træningen vil altid blive tilpasset dit individuelle niveau.
