Description
The "KT CHALLENGE" is a 12-week program designed by our expert trainers to be an all around approach to developing fitness qualities such as strength, endurance ,mobility, athleticism and physique. In addition to your in-person training, individuals will obtain full access to our fitness app which includes workout templates, community support, and will be able to track progress from week to week to ensure success. Nutrition guidance will also be a major component of this challenge. In order to optimize performance and aesthetic goals, clients will be asked to track their food intake to be reviewed for efficiency. The in-person group workouts will be conducted at our facility on Tuesday's(July 5th - September 20th) and Thursday's(July 7th - September 22nd) from 6pm - 7pm.
Cost for 12-Weeks:
1 time a week(either Tuesday or Thursday) $450.00
2 times a week(both days) $900.00
