Share The California Agricultural Leadership Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public benefit corporation committed to leadership training and transformational learning experiences in partnership with four California universities: Cal Poly San Luis Obispo; Cal Poly Pomona; California State University, Fresno; and the University of California, Davis. The foundation supports the longest continuously-operating leadership training experience of its kind in the United States – the California Agricultural Leadership Program – which is widely considered to be the premier program, in its niche, in the world.
Description
This Lifelong Leadership Learning (L4) seminar will be an opportunity - using the Strengthscope® assessment - for attendees to identify and utilize the strengths that make them more confident, engaged, productive and able to build better relationships. The seminar will include group coaching and interactive learning that will guide attendees to rethink their leadership strengths. Facilitated by CALF Education Team members, the seminar is focused for California Ag Leadership Program alumni.
Registration includes: Strenghtscope® assessment, materials and lunch.
