Treat yourself or a loved one and join us in the path of cheesemaking, with Davide, our master cheesemaker.
 

Learn about the history and science of cheesemaking.

Hear about the creation and ethos of velocheese.  

Try your hand at stretching and forming Fior di Latte Mozzarella, hand making Burratas and creating Stracciatella.

Enjoy your creations together with accompaniments, Italian Fizz and share in Davide's love and knowledge of Italian food.
