Description
The Larchmere Cultural Arts Festival is a three-day event July 17-19 that celebrates art and artists in Cleveland, Ohio and abroad. Opening night will include a reception for an art exhibition entitled Of The Diaspora: Melanin in Motion, followed by a musical performance by Vince Robinson & The Jazz Poets. Saturday festivities include an author's panel and book fair, a shorts film festival, a short plays festival curated by Dr. Mary E. Weems and spoken word showcase with The Sparrow's Fortune. The Sunday lineup features a digital photography exhibition called Reflections of a Sepia Reality, an artist recognition event, a retrospective look at Cleveland's Transformative Art Fund projects and a closing concert with vocalist Ida Weston.
