“Mil y un pasiones” es un concierto inolvidable de la Orquesta Sinfónica Vallarta, dirigida por el maestro Aquiles Morales, que invita al público a sumergirse en la intensidad de las emociones humanas a través de un repertorio apasionante y diverso.
El programa incluye joyas como la conmovedora Pavana de Gabriel Fauré, el emotivo Intermezzo de Cavalleria Rusticana de Mascagni, la vibrante Obertura de Carmen de Bizet, la majestuosa escena de El lago de los cisnes de Tchaikovsky con su inolvidable tema de los cisnes, el narrativo y colorido Príncipe Kalendar de la suite Scheherazade de Rimsky-Korsakov, el primer movimiento (Molto allegro) de la dramática Sinfonía No. 40 de Mozart, la profunda y noble variación Nimrod de las Enigma Variations de Edward Elgar, y la majestuosa Chaconne en mi menor de Dietrich Buxtehude en la orquestación de Carlos Chávez. Una velada llena de amor, drama, melancolía, éxtasis y reflexión que celebra las mil y una facetas del alma a través de la gran música sinfónica.

“Mil y un pasiones” is an unforgettable concert by the Orquesta Sinfónica Vallarta, under the direction of Maestro Aquiles Morales, inviting the audience to immerse themselves in the intensity of human emotions through a passionate and diverse repertoire.
The program features gems such as Gabriel Fauré’s poignant Pavane, the touching Intermezzo from Mascagni’s Cavalleria Rusticana, Bizet’s vibrant Carmen Overture, from Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake its unforgettable swan theme, the narrative and colorful “The Story of the Kalendar Prince” from Rimsky-Korsakov’s Scheherazade suite, the dramatic first movement (Molto allegro) of Mozart’s Symphony No. 40, the profound and noble Nimrod variation from Edward Elgar’s Enigma Variations, and the majestic Chaconne in E minor by Dietrich Buxtehude in Carlos Chávez’s orchestration. An evening brimming with love, drama, melancholy, ecstasy, and reflection, celebrating the thousand and one facets of the soul through great symphonic music.
