📅 Event Details: Event open to ages 6 - 14 years old
We're hosting 4 sessions of fun laser tag out at The Scoop at Willow Oak Farms - [NEW DATE] Sunday, April 28TH 2024 from 2pm-4pm. Time slots are 30 minutes each and reservations are required.
During each 30 minute session, all participants will receive equipment instructions, a quick rundown of the game play rules, and play several rounds of laser tag games including Team Elimination and Free-for-All.
This event is open to players ages 6 - 14. Teams will be assigned by Game Coach at the beginning of each session to try to make game play as fair as possible.
**BE SURE TO ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY TO CHECK-IN FOR YOUR SESSION. TO PROVIDE THE BEST EXPERIENCE TO ALL PARTICIPANTS, WE WILL START PROMPTLY AT YOUR SESSION'S START TIME. IF YOU ARRIVE LATE, YOU MAY STILL JOIN YOUR GROUP BUT NO ADDITIONAL PLAY TIME WILL BE AWARDED.

*Free Scoop voucher redeemable only on event day at the Scoop ice cream counter. All vouchers must be redeemed by 5pm.
🎟️ Ticket Refunds or Rescheduling:
- All sales are FINAL. Due to the limited availability, if you're unsure your player will enjoy our activity, please leave the spot open for other players as we do expect this event to sell out.
- Please keep an eye on the event page for weather related updates. In the event of rain on event day, Participants will be issued a refund. *There is no additional rain date if bad weather keeps us from playing on the 28th*
Liability Waivers & Parental Supervision:
- Liability waivers must be completed by parent/guardian before participants will be allowed to play. A link will be sent to the email provided during checkout. If the online waiver is not filled out in advance, we will have paper copies on hand. Additional game play time will not be awarded due delays caused by unsigned waivers.
- This is not a drop-off event. Parents/guardians are required to stay on property for the event.
