Presenting the most highly anticipated event of the summer. We are thrilled to bring you the Laughing Gull Comedy at the Pioneer Theater Summer Series. This unique event promises a night of endless laughter and entertainment.
Set in the historic charm of The Pioneer Theater in Manteo, North Carolina, offering a perfect blend of humor and fun. We are bringing together some of the finest comedians from across the country in an ambiance that resonates with the timeless legacy of the venue.
Summer Series Line-Up
June 28th Stand-Up Comedian Bill Boronkay Former Emmy Winning Sportscaster turned Stand-Up Comedian, Bill keeps the audience in stitches with his anecdotal look on life! Garden Bar opens at 6p, Doors at 7p and Show begins at 8p!
July 25th Comedic Magician Eric Thompson Entertaining audiences for decades with his signature comedic style, magic, and illusions, Eric is bringing his talents to Manteo for TWO shows!
~ALL-AGES Matinee Show, perfect for some indoor A/C filled entertainment for the kiddos at 2p
~Evening 18+ Show beginning at 8p!

Show Details:
- All Evening Shows are suggested 18+.
- Garden Bar at The Pioneer Theater opens on show nights at 6p, Doors at 7p and Show begins at 8p!
- Matinee Shows are All-Ages Shows. Doors open at 1p and the Show begins at 2p!
Ticket Pricing:
- General Admission includes all theater seats, you will be seated beginning with Row A as you arrive, filling the theater from front to rear.
- VIP Bar Seating is incredibly limited! These are the seats in the bar area of the Pioneer Theater, only VIP Bar Ticket Holders will be seated in the bar area.
- The bar is open to all guests throughout the show!
