Join us at Calyx Creek for a decadent, hands-on evening of chocolate making and tasting with expert chocolatier Anne from A Chocolate Studio.
In this unique workshop, participants will craft their own mendiants — elegant, flat rounds of rich chocolate topped with beautiful and flavorful inclusions like lavender petals, cocoa nibs, dried fruit, nuts, and other fun surprises!
During the class you will:
🍫 Create 4 custom mendiants using your favorite toppings (including lavender!)
🎓 Learn the art and science of chocolate from a professional
😋 Indulge in delicious tastings as you work
No experience needed — just bring your sweet tooth and a love for creative, farm-inspired flavors.
