Topic: Constructing a High Performance Team
Synopsis: People typically think that problems in the workplace are “communication problems.” If they could just communicate better, then the problem would be solved. In this presentation, participants will learn that there are at least four different classes of communication problems, but more importantly, there are at least five types of problems that no amount of better communication will ever solve. Participants will learn how internal competition creates bad teams. They will also learn the ingredients for a high-cohesion and a high-functioning team.
