Share Roots From Eden Farm and CSA is a small Permaculture farm in Western Colorado. We are a charter for the Weston A. Price Foundation and believe in real healthy food. We Grow lots of naturally grown vegetables, fruits, pasture raised chicken and duck, grains, herbs, teas, and much more on our property. Luke and Maggie run there onsite farm market every Saturday during the winters and 2 days a week during the summers. They have a CSA for the 2024 season open for membership and will also be providing raw goat milk shares this season. You can't find healthier people, food, or conversation. This workshop will guide you through the steps of kefir making from start, from the milk fermentation to the 2nd flavor fermentation process. You will learn about the history, health benefits and techniques to make this tangy, amazingly healthy drink.

Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, you will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience in kefir making. You will also get to taste different flavors ofkefir and even take home your own bottle!
