Sean will discuss all aspects of making maple syrup, including how you can do it in your own backyard with just a few trees You will learn about identifying and tapping trees, collecting and boiling sap, and more.
Porcupine Hill Maple Syrup has been operating out of Eager's family-owned land since 2015. Recent leases with the York Land Trust and abutting land owners have allowed for increased production and expansion.
After the talk, Porcupine Hill Maple Syrup will be available for purchase. Just in time for the holidays!
