It’s gonna be sweeter in Paradise!  

Sanford Moore’s Recital in Paradise features Sanford on a concert grand in our new Paradise Community Hall, playing everything from classical, to jazz, to gospel, and a whole lot in between.  It’ll be a gorgeous evening of music, and you’ll want to prepare for a “formal affair.”

And come early! We've got a larger lobby for gathering ‘n greeting, and a new exhibit in our Carlson Family Foundation Art Gallery.

The Capri

The Capri is owned and operated by PCYC, a strong, 69-years-young, community-based nonprofit with a rich history of exceptional education, arts and youth programming to children, families, and the North Minneapolis community.

Expanding on its significant presence on Minneapolis’ Northside, PCYC has operated the historic Capri Theater since 1987, and opened the expanded, renovated Capri on October 3, 2021.

Together with PCYC, our mission is to enrich the skills, prospects and spirit of North Minneapolis area youth and adults, in partnership with families and communities.
