LEO NEW MOON ENERGIES -
The Theme of this Leo New Moon is "New embodied fire around what we desire in the face of adversity/challenge."
The New Moon in Leo marks the beginning of Leo Season, which is all about living authentically and pursuing your desires. Leo being a fixed Fire sign, brings a New Moon with a fiery start - a trigger point initiation as big Bad Leo stands in opposition to Mr. Chaos, Pluto, Lord of the Underworld! Here is where the gris meets the mill as we are being aligned with a new desire, creation, direction & a willingness to be stronger versions of ourselves.
Be inspired! Be motivated to take the leap! - in fact, Pluto is really not giving us an option. He is kicking things up a notch by bringing a "ride or die" vibe to this initiation point where he is doing what he does best - deconstructing, challenging, evolving & transforming. This is creation through chaos/intensity that is essentially creating new versions of ourselves on cosmic levels!
The energies of this rather peppery Leo New Moon are asking you to check in with yourself and ask:
1 - who are you now & how are you allowing the Universe to elevate & transform you in a very personal way?
2 - Are you allowing yourself to be transformed or are you resisting this change; creating struggle and/or suffering?
3 - See yourself above the ego self from a higher vantage point to see the more expansive cosmic version of yourself rising up. What does this version of you look like?
All of this fire, change, chaos, transformation, & evolution can bring about a lot of anxiety. Through the power of sound healing, we have the ability to dive deep, slow down our overactive brains, quiet down our nervous systems allowing us to get still & quiet in the dark of the new moon to be able to receive these new messages, insights & inspirations that want to come in.
How does Sound Healing Work?
At its core, sound healing operates on the principle that everything in the universe is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies. When we experience stress, illness, or emotional imbalances, our vibrational frequency has become disrupted. Sound healing aims to realign these frequencies by introducing harmonious & non-harmonious vibrations through instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, drums, and/ or the human voice.
As the soothing sounds wash over you, they penetrate every cell of your being as well as the energy field around you, creating a sense of relaxation and releasing tension from your body and mind. These vibrations also resonate with our energy centers (chakras) helping to clear any blockages and restore the chakras' natural flow. Stagnant energy gets released, and this promotes a state of balance and rejuvenation.
There is no skill level required to attend these events. Whether this is your first sound healing journey or you are an avid sound healing attendee, there is always something new for you to experience. This practice is intended to be deeply transformative, leaving you with a feeling of peacefulness, calm & introspection.
Supplies are limited at this venue. It is highly recommended that you bring your own "nesting materials for your own comfort."

I have a very unique "flavor" to my healing methods. I incorporate the ancient wisdom of shamanic practices with the power of sound therapy and my intuitively created artwork. My passion lies in uniting my two loves, my energetically infused Art & sound healing which opens the space to provide a more immersive & personal experience for the public. The energies of the artwork and those of the sound frequencies merge together and interact with the participants. While the sound work offers an audio and resonant healing effect, the Artwork provides a visual experience before and after the sound journey. The positive meditative experience as well as the infused energies of the artwork are anchored & integrated into the participants for a longer lasting healing experience. Each time, the participant views the artwork, they will be transported to that meditative and peaceful state reached during the event.
I currently reside in the Virginia Beach, VA area and offer my services through events at metaphysical shops, healing/wellness centers, spiritual centers, art galleries & in homes/businesses throughout the Virginia, Georgia & Ohio areas & everywhere in-between. My artwork has been exhibited locally, regionally, nationally & internationally & has been published in several web-based & print publications. Currently, I am represented by the exquisite Gallerie Ukwensi of Ghent at 424 W21st St., Norfolk, VA.
