Description
Leslie's s Ride is an annual event to celebrate a woman who was an advocate against domestic violence and sex-trafficking. She held the Head Coordinator of W.E.A.V.E. position and developed some of the Programs that W.E.A.V.E. still use today.
Leslie also loved riding on the back of her son's motorcycle. Her son Troy, the creator of this event, was planning on taking Leslie on a ride soon, however, Leslie passed away unexpectedly on July 2nd 2025.
So Troy wanted to honor Leslie by creating an event to honor her. So he created Leslie's Ride, a two hour motorcycle ride to honor her, followed by a music festival to celebrate her. Now she has a ride that she is a part of every year.
The best part is, all of the proceeds will be donated to W.E.A.V.E. on Leslie's behalf.
