Cassandra is the owner and lead therapist at Freestyle Therapy LLC. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California. She is a Certified Trauma Professional and Anxiety Treatment Specialist. With a lifetime as a musician, she is passionate about offering trainings and groups addressing mental health issues specific to the entertainment, freelance, and entrepreneurial fields, in order to help them bring support, relief and balance to their lives. However, her work is not limited to this population. She has worked with schools, treatment centers, shelters and sober houses. She offers individual and group counseling, as well as classes and corporate trainings.
