A cheese and wine pairing cooking class is a hands-on culinary experience where participants learn the art of cooking with cheese, exploring its various textures, flavors, and how to incorporate it into a wide range of dishes. Tasting & Discussion: At the end of the class, students will often get to taste their creations, with a chance to discuss the nuances of different cheeses, learn about their production processes, and share tips on how to use cheese in everyday cooking.
