Description

Join us for lunch and discuss cooking with bourbon! Wednesday November 9th from 11:00am - 1:00pm.

• Take a train ride from the Kentucky Railway Museum to Dant Crossing. The team at Dant Crossing will shuttle you from the train platform to The Legacy for lunch and a cooking demonstration with Chef Dave Danielson. After lunch, a shuttle will take you back to Dant Crossing's train platform. The train will then return back to Kentucky Railroad Museum to retrieve your car. 
• If riding the train, arrive at The Kentucky Railway Museum for boarding between 9:45 - 10:15
• Alcohol is not included in the purchase price. However, a full bar will be open.
• You do not have to be riding the train to purchase a lunch.

• Red leaf salad with pears, blue cheese and pumpernickel crisp.
• Cider braised chicken with pearl onions and apple.
• Pork tenderloin with arugula, endive and walnut vinaigrette.
• Cauliflower and brussel sprout gratin with pine nut breadcrumb topping
• Buttermilk chive mashed potatoes
• Blackberry peach cobbler
