Let's take steps to Body Wellness this year!
This experience is designed for those not feeling like the gym or traditional fitness classes are for them. This class walks you through easy movement activities to add to your morning, day, and night routines . . . Or get you started on building some good movement routines that promote body wellness. We all can benefit from a body wellness check-in.
Throughout the class we will cover fun facts on the whys & hows, making health science a little easier to digest. Nutrition, Hydration, Sleep, Body Mechanics & Stress Management.
Demos of activities can be adjusted for those of varied movement levels.
The studio is a Safe-Space environment, body positive & welcome to the LGBTQ Community. 18+ 20's,30's,40's,50's,60's....
A little about your wellness coach: Jonathan
Growing up on a farm in the suburbs before big city living, he knew a little about simple healthy living, eating organic before it was trendy & expensive. A lover of french fries & dark chocolate, healthier doesn't have to be boring. After 10 years of emergency medicine, he finds passion now helping others in the community. A health crisis survivor turned wellness coach, he is looking forward to meeting you.
