If so, we hope you accept the invitation that awaits you to partake in this moving journey. A journey that our ancestors once enjoyed as a form of connection to the depth within and all around. The journey of using music and free flowing movement as medicine.
Liberation experience is the space for you to explore what it feels like to come back home into your body. A dance floor that invites you to move without judgment, and to allow the rhythm of music to guide you out of the thinking mind and into the feeling body. Through the musical journey, alongside guided encouragement from space holders Alora & CJ, this night is intended to expand your capacity in LOVE & TRUTH!
We begin our ceremony together in circle with a grounding practice, and then the music will transition us into finding ourselves exploring the circular solid surface that lies beneath us. Co hosts will continue to facilitate guidance to help you open your body and mind in preparation for the inner dance that awaits. Musical inspiration comes from a variety of trance, tribal, Latin, pop, with an emphasis on instrumental, allowing you as the participant to find a rhythm that is right for your release & pleasure.
Things to know before arriving
This is a public space
There is no hiking required to arrive upon dance floor
Entrance into South Mountain is free
Gates to enter South Mountain close at 7pm
Gates to exit South Mountain close at 11pm
18 Years or Older to purchase a ticket
Photographs and videos will be captured and used for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let your hosts know.
