Lifting the Veil: Candlelight Meditation & Yoga

Description

Let us take advantage of the thin veil between this world and the next as we celebrate the season with this special twilight meditation and yoga practice by candlelight.

Join me as I guide you through a meditation and gentle yoga practice focusing on the third eye chakra to help connect to your mind, body and spirit and possibly, connect with loved ones who may have messages for you. We will also discuss the various ways our guides and loved ones communicate with us daily and what you can do to strengthen your own intuition.

This intimate 90-minute, all-levels class will be held outside at my home office (the address will be provided upon registration). 

I will have a heater running but please come dressed comfortably for the outside elements as we will be practicing on my covered deck. 

Please bring a yoga mat or large, non-slip towel/blanket.  Other suggested props include one or two small blankets, two yoga blocks and a pen and notebook to help recall any messages you may receive. While I will have some props available for use during the session, I encourage you to bring whatever you would like to make the most of this experience—even a crystal or two!
