Shockley! 

Since 2022, Lisa J. Graff had been writing, performing and producing one hour shows about her own life experiences and setting the scripts to music. “Storytelling and Strummin” is her 9th original show, and she is thrilled to debut with a local legend, Ed Shockley. A former columnist for the Cape Gazette, her work has appeared in The Washington Post, Woman’s World Magazine and Delaware Beach Life Magazine to name a few. To learn more, visit LisaJ.Graff.com.

Ed Shockley, lifelong musician, singer, songwriter, and performer has been a driving force in Delaware’s music scene and beyond. From early success with Jack of Diamonds and signing a recording and publishing contract for RCA in Manhattan, his career spans stage, television, and national commercial work. Back home in Lewes, he remains a celebrated figure, earning the Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival’s Artz Award for his “contribution in furthering and fostering the musical community in the region” and recognition as a “Rock Legend” by Delaware Today magazine, Shockley continues to perform with The Funsters and other projects while recording his original music with Vinyl Shockley. Supporting numerous community causes, he is a co-founder of the Cape Community Fund.

Paul Kares is a nonprofit organization whose mission is dedicated to educating aspiring chefs or musicians, focusing on kids and young adults who show interest and passion for culinary and musical arts. Paul Kares will weave together how these passions could be the foundation for life-long career for young people who are not necessarily college-bound and how they can hone their skills to be a personal chef, sommelier, performer, or all the above. Plus, Paul Kares will get them the tools like musical instruments, knives, etc for the students who can’t afford them and will donate to school systems that need equipment for their classrooms.
