2 SHOWS May 16th @ 2PM EST (outdoors), and May 16th @ 5PM EST

 

Just after Mother's Day, The Fearless Leap presents the critically acclaimed and powerful show Listen to Your Mother, which will return to Indy for the third year. You won't want to miss this national series featuring live readings by local community members taking the stage at The District Theater on Sunday, May 16th at 2:00 pm or 5:00 pm. This well-crafted 90-minute journey of diverse true stories about motherhood will take you on an emotional roller coaster with laughter, tears, and a new appreciation of the powerful role of motherhood. It's a celebration you will come to love every year! 

100% of the raffle baskets and proceeds from this nonprofit benefit Project LIa. "Project Lia is a nonprofit social enterprise aimed at addressing the many socioeconomic barriers to successful reentry for women impacted by the criminal justice system.  We provide craft skills training as a means to build community and help women become self-sufficient and valued members of society.  We aim to create a space of understanding and mutual respect- a space where transforming material, transforms lives. Thank you for your support of our program!  Funds raised will be used to finish the setup of recently donated screen printing and laser engraving equipment.  This will allow us to expand training programming and teach more skills."

Tickets are $15 (+$1.88 service fee) and $20 at the door on the day of the show.  Recorded show will be available after  May  19th. 

We are following Marion Country Covid guidelines. The 2:00 pm show will be outdoors and the 5:00 pm show will be indoors at 50% capacity and will be recorded.  Seating is limited.  .Parking is free on Sunday on Mass Ave.
