Join us for our next Garden University Jr. summer programing in collaboration with Little Lotus Ripples. Little Yogis is a playful, engaging class designed for younger children.
Through yoga, inspired movement, imagination, and playful exploration the children are invited to build body awareness, emotional expression, confidence, and connection in a fun environment. Classes are designed to meet children where they are developmentally, encouraging exploration and joyful movement without the pressure of imperfection.
Each class ends with a cozy storybook during rest time rather than a traditional silent savasana, allowing children to gently settle. Mindful themes are woven into the class, creating space to rest, regulate, and integrate the class energy together before heading out to the rest of their day.
This week's book is “Pirates Have Feelings Too” by Anna McKenzie & Kathryn Taylor
Children are encouraged to wear pirate themed outfits!
The purchase of a ticket includes Garden Admission so you and your little one can wander the Oregon Garden, looking for frogs in our A-Mazing Water Garden or listen to the busy bees in our Apiary after the workshop is done!
