Description
Bad Magic is a band. They put on high energy, engaging live shows having routed the west coast up and down consistently drawing people into their twisted and charming world and plan to extend the reach of their audience as touring continues to open back up.
They write songs. Recording their debut singles Miss Ramona and Fool Underwater in 2019 at Hipposonic Studios in Vancouver BC only 3 months into forming the band. The session, with Jeff Zipp of Light Machine Records at the helm, spawned the bands’ debut dual single effort. The band released each single with an accompanying music video, self-produced, filmed and edited by the band themselves and a small group of renegade videographers. Both Miss Ramona and Fool Underwater have been praised for their visual portrayal of a colourful and narrative-driven debut effort, the latter of which was nominated as a finalist in the 2020 Canadian Indie Music Video Awards.
Nomads is an Indie Rock band based out of Kelowna, BC. Their sound pulls from the genres of Blues, Funk, HipHop, and Jazz. This fusion of genres and sounds allows the group to make an intimate vibe for any crowd. With inspirations drawn from artists such as Pink Floyd, Tame Impala, and The Black Keys, they are guaranteed to get you grooving.
