Once a Month in person at the YMCA
1:00pm – 3:00pm | 4 month cycle: 12/20, 1/17, 2/14, 3/14
Welcome! Join our growing community or individuals and couples interested in practicing mindfulness. We join together as a community (Sangha) to revisit self-compassion, rest and reflection. This is time set aside each month to connect back in with practice in a group setting. All are welcome; those new to mindful practice and those who may have experience. These sessions are open to individuals and couples.
This course is specifically designed for couples where one person is experiencing cognitive change or a diagnosis of dementia, and open to individuals. Price reflects both individual or couple
