Christian Thompson from NOLA, chef and co-owner of Pork In The Road, will be serving up a low country boil of gulf shrimp served with potatoes, corn on the cob, and andouille sausage. We will also be offering some of our Crawfish Lumpia with a side of cajun remoulade. Chef Szymon's Corn Pudding, and sweets from Cake Your Groove Thing (@cakeyourgroovething) will also be available for purchase at the event!!
