Inspired by the flavors and traditions of the Southern coast, Lowcountry Seafood Supper is a hands-on cooking class that celebrates fresh seafood, bold seasoning, and the communal spirit of Lowcountry cuisine.
Guided by one of our chefs, guests will learn techniques and recipes drawn from classic coastal dishes—where shrimp, fish, shellfish, and time-honored flavors take center stage. This class focuses on approachable methods, thoughtful seasoning, and the stories behind the food, all while cooking together in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
As with all Lowcountry cooking, this experience is about more than just the dishes—it’s about slowing down, gathering around the table, and enjoying food meant to be shared. The class concludes with enjoying the meal you’ve prepared together, capturing the essence of coastal Southern hospitality.
No prior cooking experience is required—just come ready to learn, cook, and savor a taste of the coast.
Experience Options
- Premium Experience: Arrive up to 30 minutes before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, seltzer, soft drink or themed cocktail/mocktail. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also, spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor!
- General Admission: Arrive up to 30 minutes before class to meet and mingle with other class participants. Drinks available for purchase - Themed cocktail/mocktail, beer, wine, seltzer, soft drinks, and bottled water.
- Allergies: We will attempt to accommodate any true medical allergy with advance notice. Please indicate allergies when completing ticket purchase.
