About our featured speaker: 

Molly Biwer is chair, Marketing, Brand Strategy, Advertising, Creative Studio and Enterprise Strategic Partnerships at Mayo Clinic where she leads enterprise-level brand strategy, creative and strategic partnerships supporting future growth delivering on Mayo Clinic’s Bold. Forward. 2030 plan. The division is focused on driving the strategy, activation and governance of the global Mayo Clinic brand, sub-brands, and partnerships and brings the brands to life visually and verbally through the world class design strategy and management.

Biwer started her career at Carlson, a global hospitality and travel company where she spent 27 years leading communications and public relations. Most recently, Biwer was chief communications officer at Hallmark (2015 – 2020).  

Biwer has served on several boards, most recently serving on the board of directors for the Carlson School of Management (IRM), Hennepin Theater Trust (HTT), Crown Media Networks, Women Corporate Directors, KC Rising, and United Way.
