During this engaging class, you'll discover the techniques and ingredients behind authentic homemade tortillas, vibrant fresh pico de gallo, and the irresistible street-food favorite, Mexican Elote.
As part of this live demonstration, our chef will prepare each dish from scratch, sharing tips, techniques, and the secrets to achieving bold, fresh flavors at home. Along the way, you'll enjoy tastings and gain inspiration for incorporating these versatile recipes into your own kitchen.

What To Expect
Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
Length: Approximately 1.5 hours.
Format: Demonstration: The Chef will showcase how to prepare select dishes while you observe. Volunteers may be invited to assist, and questions are always welcome throughout the class.
Location: First floor.
Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
