Description
A fun, welcoming Muay Thai pad-drill class designed for women who want to build skills, get a great workout, and feel more confident - without the competitive gym vibe.
We’ll start with a warm-up, then partner up to drill:
holding Thai pads
punch–kick–knee combos
timing, balance, and movement
bag work interspersed
Note: This class focuses on repetition and practice - not going hard or getting hurt.
Some experience helps, but if you’re open minded and pick things up quickly, you’ll do great.

*As this is not an MMA school, we do not have extra equipment, so you must bring your own.

* Wraps - I use 180" with thumb loop, but look in youtube and see what you might prefer

$10 Drop-In Classes:
Select the specific date(s) you’d like to attend and purchase a ticket for each class.
$45 Monthly-30 days from date chosen:
Select the date of your first class, choose the "Monthly- 30 days from date chosen- see description" and check out one time only.
Your pass begins on the date you select and is valid for 30 days from that date whether you show up or not.
Please choose your dates and ticket type carefully. Due to the low-cost pricing of these classes, all purchases are final. No refunds, class changes, transfers, or ticket changes are available.
Keeping registration simple and admin-free is what allows me to continue offering these classes at such an affordable rate. Thank you for understanding!
