Love comes to us in many forms and many ways of being.
We will discuss how love can exist across experiences.

Workshop attendees will write a love letter to themselves from prompts. Then we will choose another recipient in our lives (friend, family member, pet, romantic partner, crush, stranger) to write to. We will look at some famous examples of love letters and poetry to get inspiration.
