Day 1: History of the game; introduction to tiles, card, and play direction. Choosing a hand. Joker rules. Basic strategy.
Day 2: Guided game play, 3-4 games. Table etiquette, buying supplies, playing online
Half hour break each day for snacks, stretching, etc.
