Lex Center for Creative Reuse is a nonprofit brick and mortar creative reuse center located in Lexington, KY. A wide and constantly changing array of art and craft supplies are available for sale. Proceeds benefit supply grants for public school teachers, subsidize providing low-cost, high-value art and craft classes, and creating vibrant and engaging opportunities for community art.
Description
If you wanted to learn a new hobby or explore a new craft, it's time to try puppetry! For the first time at Lex Center for Creative Reuse, join Mandy in learning to make a simple marionette and the basics of puppetry to help your new creation perform!
Class ticket is $20
If you are a public school teacher (with ID) you may buy a discounted ticket from the listed options.
If you are a grandparent, you can add a free grandchild ticket to your order.
Free grandchild ticket limited to one per person. Grandchildren must be 5 years or older.
This is a beginner-friendly class and all materials will be provided.
