While there is no strict age restrictions we do recommend a minimum age of 10 years old.
We DO NOT ALLOW refunds. There are no exceptions once the ticket is purchased. But we'd be glad to schedule you out for another session date.
THESE SESSIONS ARE PUBLIC. TO RESPECT THE TIME OF OUR CUSTOMERS, WE HAVE A STRICT 15 minute GRACE PERIOD . Doors lock at that time .
Same day cancellations/reschedules will incur a $25 per person fee. No-call /no shows will result in a forfeiture of your slot in its entirety.
