From the depths of Van Nuys and the minds behind DING MAO, Boy Hits Car, and S.O.B./Radio Free America/Blackcast comes MAL—a dark, moody, and powerful trio blending Progressive Rock, Space Rock, Grunge, Shoegaze, and more into something entirely their own.
Formed in 2012, MAL—featuring Kristopher Jung (vocals/guitar), Peter Hollywood (bass), and Brendan Reynolds (drums)—set out to write and play music purely out of passion. But their unique sound quickly began drawing attention. Now, with the release of their new full-length album Come To Light, MAL is hitting the road and turning heads with their cinematic, emotional, and heavy soundscapes.
