It’s dinner time—make that Pottery Dinner time 🍽️ Join us on Saturday, March 8 for a fun night of pottery and a delicious dinner. We’ll be making large berry bowls just in time for strawberry season 🍓🍓🍓
On the menu for this class is one of our favorites: Bottega Mac & Cheese (from Frank Stitt’s cookbook 🧀🧀🧀 Featuring a homemade white sauce infused with onion and bay leaves and topped with a savory blend of Italian cheeses, it’s a knockout. And don’t worry; we’ll have a gluten-free version, too ❤️
We’ll pair that rich dish with a bright, fresh spring salad 🥗 and finish off with the dessert we just can’t break up with: Sea Salt Caramel Brownies—amazingly GF and you really honestly can’t tell! 🍫🍫🍫
Oh, and we almost forgot the drinks! 🍷 🍷 🍷 wine will be provided, and we may even start with a signature cocktail 🍸
