Christian Thompson from NOLA, chef and co-owner of Pork In The Road, will be serving up a classic Cajun low country boil feast to celebrate Mardi Gras, at Hi-Wire Brewery in Durham!
Louisiana crawfish and Gulf Coast shrimp served with boiled new potatoes, corn on the cob, andouille sausage, a side of southern style Cole slaw, and "PITR" Cajun remoulade.
