Christian Thompson from NOLA, chef and co-owner of Pork In The Road, will be serving up a classic Cajun low country boil feast to celebrate Mardi Gras, at Steel String Brewery in Carrboro!
Louisiana crawfish and Gulf Coast shrimp served with boiled new potatoes, corn on the cob, andouille sausage, a side of southern style Cole Slaw, and "PITR" Cajun remoulade.
