Description
Set in Edwardian London, the story follows the Banks family, particularly the children, Jane and Michael, who are in desperate need of a new nanny. Enter Mary Poppins, the magical and spirited nanny who arrives to bring order, fun, and life lessons to the family. With the help of her friend, Bert, a jack-of-all-trades, Mary Poppins leads the children on a series of enchanting adventures, teaching them important values such as kindness, responsibility, and the power of imagination.
The musical features iconic songs from the film like “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious,” “A Spoonful of Sugar,” and “Step in Time,” as well as additional numbers for the stage production. It’s a story of transformation, as both the children and their parents grow through the course of the show, learning to embrace the joy and magic in life.
