What You Will Learn
Take your cooking to the next level by mastering the most essential tool in the kitchen—the chef’s knife. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn proper knife handling, safety techniques, and a variety of fundamental cuts, from slicing and dicing to mincing and julienning. Our chef will guide you step by step, helping you build speed, precision, and confidence. By the end of class, you’ll have the skills to prepare ingredients like a pro and the know-how to make every meal easier, faster, and more enjoyable to create.

What To Expect
- Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
- Length: Approximately 2.5 hours.
- Format: Hands-On: Cook alongside the Chef as you follow step-by-step instructions to create your own dishes. The Chef is there as your instructor, guiding you through techniques and answering any questions along the way.
- Location: First floor.
- Restrictions: Classes are for participants aged 16 and older. Children aged 16-18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.

- General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class.
