Class Schedule
8:00-8:45 Yoga Flow - Bring your own mat or towel
9:00-9:45 Ocean Swim Technique Training - Feel the immediate benefits of yoga
9:45 Social - Bring snacks you'd like to share, meet other members of our aquatic community
*Students must be 18 years of age or above and able to comfortably swim at least 100 yard in freestyle stroke
